Square colored cardboard, pencil, eraser, scissors, rubber bands

First fold the square colored cardboard in half, as shown below

Then draw the outer outline of the mask on the folded paper, as shown below.

Next, draw the inside of the mask to be cut out on the origami paper as shown below.

Then use scissors to cut out the outer outline of the mask as shown below.

Next, cut out the interior of the mask as shown below.

Finally, unfold the mask and put on the rubber band.
