Problems with homebrewing white wine

The fermentation process of home-brewed white wine is not completely sealed.

To make white wine, depending on the aroma, use a cellar or ceramic tank, covered with plastic sheeting, cellar mud or rice hulls, which will not be sealed very tightly, and will be breathable.
