Shanxi Luochuan Loess National Geopark is a multi-functional tourist attraction with geological research, teaching, popularization of science and sightseeing, preserving the typical loess geological relics which are very special in the world.

The park is located in the territory of Luochuan County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province, close to the southern edge of the county. The main body is Heimugou, with an area of 5.9 square kilometers. 135 kilometers from Yan'an in the north, 240 kilometers from Xi'an in the south, 35 kilometers from Huangling in the southwest, and 130 kilometers from Hukou Waterfall in the northeast, with a good tourism surrounding environment; 210 National Highway and Luochuan (Chuan) Baiche (Shui) Highway through the county, passing from the east and west sides of the park, the transportation is very convenient.

Wanfeng Pagoda is located in Luochuan County, Tuji Township, about two miles south of Fucheng Village.
