Road traffic regulations

Article 57 Driving a non-motorized vehicle shall comply with the following provisions:

Article 59 Riders shall not carry inflammable and explosive dangerous objects; shall not throw objects out of the vehicle; and shall not engage in behavior that affects the safe driving of the driver.
