Origami Tutorial Box

An origami box is a quick and easy craft to make and can be used to hold small items and more. Here is a simple origami box tutorial step by step.

Materials: square origami paper or Renaissance sketch paper (origami paper is recommended)

Fold the edges of the square origami paper in half from left to right and from top to bottom and open it up to flatten it out and draw diagonal lines.

Fold each blank corner along the center diagonal to make four triangles out of the paper.

Fold the bottom two corners up until they line up with the top and flatten them. This way your paper is folded into a small square, draw a horizontal line at the center point of the square and fold the paper in half so that the imprint is facing down.

Pour the bottom corners up along the diagonal so that they are at 90 degrees to the far right angle.

Fold the topmost inner wall about 1/3 along the first long edge and flatten. (i.e., flatten 2 / 3 on the base)

Next, turn up the corners you just unraveled, and bend.

Fold tightly into a three-dimensional box and adjust to your favorite size.

This is just a simple origami box tutorial, after folding it, you can feel free to decorate it with more details.
