How to install floor heating in rural areas

The installation method of rural floor heating is as follows:

Tools/raw materials: floor heating system, distribution manifold, floor heating pipeline, temperature controller, insulation layer, reflecting layer, coil pipe, water collecting pipe, water distribution pipe, etc.

Specific steps:

1, floor, floor leveling, cleaning.

2. Laying extruded polystyrene board insulation layer. There should be no omissions when laying extruded polystyrene board, and the corners should also be covered by cutting extruded polystyrene board.

3. Install the water collecting pipe and water distribution pipe.

5. The layout of the coil adopts the method of "back-laying pipes", bending the coil in the opposite direction and then spreading it from the center to the periphery. The advantage of "back-laying pipe" is that the water inlet pipe and return pipe are arranged at intervals, and the overall indoor temperature is equivalent, so there will be no temperature difference.

6. Finally, the water collector and water separator are debugged. The pressure test of the circulating system is to test the air tightness of the floor heating coil system to ensure that there will be no water leakage or seepage in the future use.

Generally, the floor heating system is filled with water by hydraulic pump, and the air in the pipeline is discharged at the same time. Slowly increase the pressure to 0.8Mpa or 1.5 times the working pressure of the system, and observe whether there is any abnormality at any time during the pressure increase.

Under the test pressure, stabilize the voltage for 65438 0 hours, and the pressure drop should not be greater than 0.05MPa；; Stabilize the voltage for 24 hours, the pressure drop is not less than 0.4MPa, and it is qualified if it is impermeable and does not leak.
