According to the public announcement, the planning area is located in the eastern part of the central city of Gaochun District, the planning scope of the north to the Liwu Expressway and the Gaochun District boundary, the east of the Chichiao River, the west of the Shigu River, south of the northern boundary of the Lake Shore New City, with a total area of about 3,933.69 hectares.

At present, the urban construction land in the planning area is 1871.88 hectares (mainly residential, industrial and road and transportation facilities land, etc.), standing at 47.59% of the total land, and the non-construction land (including waters and agricultural and forestry land)**** 1715.23 hectares, accounting for 43.6% of the total land area.

In the new plan, the construction land increased to 3421.78 hectares, accounting for 86.99 of the total land, including residential land, public **** management and public **** service facilities land, service facilities land, and industrial land, logistics and warehousing land, roads and transportation facilities land.

The area of non-construction land has shrunk to 511.91 hectares, accounting for 13.01% of the total planning area, which is mainly water and countryside green space.

In terms of spatial layout, the area is planned to form a spatial layout structure of "one center, two belts and five pieces".

In addition, there are 8 secondary roads, forming a "three horizontal and five vertical" secondary road system, with a red line width of 24-32 meters. The total length of the planned secondary roads is 93.74 kilometers, and the width of the red line is 12-24 meters.
