Colombia is not a country famous for its food, and many Colombian countries and regions can't find Colombian food. However, Colombia's own food culture is very rich.

Colombian cuisine varies from region to region and is influenced by Spanish, African, Arabic and some Asian cuisines.

Most traditional dishes in Colombia are influenced by Spanish food. /kloc-Colombia was colonized by Spain around 0/500. In addition to the Spanish, there are slaves from Africa who brought their own food culture.
