Qinghui Garden is a masterpiece of Lingnan Garden, which combines Ming and Qing culture, Lingnan classical garden architecture, Jiangnan garden art and the characteristics of Pearl River Delta water town. It is picturesque and dreamlike, exuding the spirit, temperament and charm of China traditional culture.

Qinghuiyuan is an ancient garden building of the Han nationality, which was built in the Ming Dynasty. Located in Qinghui Road, daliang town City, Shunde District, Guangdong Province, it is located in the city center, so the original site was the Huanghua Garden built by Huang, the champion of the late Ming Dynasty. The existing buildings were mainly built in Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty. The name of the garden is "Qinghui", which means warm sunshine and implies the kindness of parents. After five generations of construction, including Shi Ying, Long Tinghuai, Long, Long Jingcan and Long, a Lingnan garden with complete pattern and rich characteristics was gradually formed. Qinghui Garden, Foshan Liangyuan, Panyu Yuyin Mountain House (or Yuyin Mountain House) and Dongguan Keyuan are also known as the four famous gardens in Guangdong. It is also a masterpiece of Lingnan gardens and a provincial-level cultural relics protection unit.

Qinghui Garden has exquisite architecture and compact layout. The architectural art is quite spectacular, the architectural form is light and smart, elegant and simple, the garden space is clearly defined and the structure is clear. The whole garden is famous for showing the elegant and simple style of Lingnan Garden. There is a garden in the garden and a scene outside, which has the characteristics of Lingnan architecture and Jiangnan garden.

The garden site was originally the residence of Huang, a non-champion in Wanli period of Ming Dynasty. In the thirty-fifth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (AD 1607), Huang, a native of Xingtan Town, Shunde, was a top student in high school and an official college student. In order to pay homage to ancestors, the Huangjia Temple, Tianzhang Pavilion and Linga Pavilion were built at the foot of Fengshan outside the south gate of the city in the first year of the Ming Dynasty. After the decline of the Huang family, the courtyard was deserted. During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, Dragon's Bijian branch 2 1 was awarded to the scholar in time, and Tianzhang Pavilion and Linga Pavilion were purchased.

After the quadrangle returned to the Dragon House, Long Shi Ying passed it on to his sons Long Tinghuai and Long Tingzi. Later, Tinghuai and Tingzi were separated, the middle part of the courtyard belonged to Longtinghuai, and the left and right sides belonged to Longtingzi. Among them, Long Tingzi built his left and right courtyards into bedrooms-based gardens, which are called "Longtaichang Garden" and "Chuxiangyuan", also known as the left and right gardens. The owner didn't lag behind. The Longtaichang Garden on the south side was sold to Zeng Qiuqiao. His son Zeng Dong ran sericulture business here and hung up the signboard of "Yuanda", so it was also called Yuanda Garden.

The eldest son, Longting Huaizi Aotang, is a good man. In the fifty-third year of Qing Qianlong (A.D. 1788), he was admitted to imperial academy, where he edited and edited imperial academy, waiting for the suggestion. In the fifth year of Jiaqing (1800), he resigned and went back to the south to build a garden to serve his mother. In the 11th year of Jiaqing (AD 1806), his son Long Yuan was a scholar in Wujin, Jiangsu Province, and calligrapher Li Zhaoluo wrote the word "Qinghui Garden" above the main entrance of Yuyuan Garden to symbolize the kindness and warmth of his parents. Later, after careful construction by generations such as Ding Huai, Long, Sun Long Jingcan and Zeng Sunlong, and after many revisions and processing, the pattern of the whole park took shape at the beginning of the Republic of China.
