How to transform ordinary wooden doors into soundproof doors

The sound insulation treatment of the door adopts professional steel sound insulation doors. At present, this kind of soundproof door is widely used in doors with high sound insulation requirements. Of course, based on the soundproof door, some adjustments should be made according to the actual situation of the room, such as adding sound absorption or diffusion modules on the soundproof door. The method of how to make a common door into a soundproof door includes the following steps: 1. Make the door into a sandwich structure Namely spraying porous elastic plant sound-absorbing materials and compacting. For example, a lightweight wall structure with double-layer 12mm thick gypsum board, steel keels on both sides, 75mm hollow and filled with superfine glass wool has an average sound insulation capacity of 49dB, and the mass per unit area is only one tenth of that of a 240mm thick brick wall. 2. When the thickness of air interlayer is increased by more than 5mm everywhere, the sound insulation capacity of most frequency bands can be increased by 8- 10 dB. If both sides are 75mm thick aerated concrete slabs and 75mm light walls are in the air, the average sound volume can reach 50dB. Filling the air interlayer with door sound absorbing material can improve the sound insulation by 2-8 dB. 3. In order to avoid the overlapping effect of the light wall, the quality of each layer of materials can be unequal to stagger the overlapping valleys. 4. The density of wall joints has a great influence on sound insulation. Double-deck boards should be staggered and overlapped, and the veneer should be plastered or jointing. For example, for each veneer, the difference between jointing and jointing can be12-17db. The setting positions on both sides should be staggered, and the gaps around should be filled.
