What are the classifications of yoga?
Yoga can be divided into the following categories:
1, wisdom yoga. Advocate the cultivation of knowledge concept, get rid of ignorance and reach sacred knowledge in order to look forward to the unity with Brahma.
2. Yoga. Karma means behavior. Yoga believes that behavior is the first expression of life, such as food, clothing, housing and transportation, manners and so on.
3. Hatha Yoga. "Hata" represents the balance between men and women, day and night, yin and yang, cold and heat, rigidity and softness, and any other two complementary opposites.
4. Raja Yoga. Raja Yoga actively advocates eight branches of yoga, namely, forbidding, respecting walking, sitting, pranayama, self-awareness, meditation and samadhi.
