Comments: There are resorts and restaurants in front of the above scenic spots. In addition, along the highway from Yanqi Lake to Tanghekou (this section is a second-class highway in mountainous areas, the whole journey is about 30 kilometers, and the driving time is about 50 minutes), there are farmhouse hotels in the village to attract tourists, and the accommodation is very convenient.

The first half of this line is the same as the last line, except that it turns west after reaching Yanqi roundabout, and then drives northwest along the asphalt highway in mountainous areas. There is also how green my valley used to be. There are dense jungles and clear rivers on both sides of the road, and various rainbow trout fish ponds (game halls) and resorts abound. Visitors can stop to eat and live at any time.

Fenghuangling-Yangfang-University Town

Beijing Fenghuangling Natural Scenic Area is located in Niegezhuang Township, Haidian District, 33 kilometers away from Tiananmen Square, with a total area of 17.88 square kilometers. Some people regard Phoenix Ridge as "Little Huangshan Mountain in the west of Beijing". In the scenic area, natural landscapes such as peaks, rocks, forests and springs complement human landscapes such as temples, lettering, pagodas and fragrant roads. There are three routes to explore Fenghuangling: the northern line, the central line and the southern line. You can see Liu Quan Waterfall and Pagoda Cave on the northern line. The middle line is Longquan Temple, one of the famous temples in western Beijing, and the largest cliff lettering in Beijing. The Southern Line is a gathering place of Buddhism (Huangpu Garden), Taoism (Lv Zudong), Confucianism (Guandi Temple) and other religious cultures.

Route 15: Visit Baihua Mountain and visit the ancient bottom.

Choose a less lively weekend, drive for an hour, avoid the bustling urban area, and go to the Ming and Qing Dynasties Monument Villa in the west of Beijing. Just find a quadrangle, sit quietly in a small courtyard with corn peppers hanging, and watch the sun leak through the cracks in the leaves. Life could have been so simple without time.

Parking lot: There are parking lots in Baihua Mountain and Yaoxia.

Cuanxia: An ancient village with Ming and Qing styles is preserved under Cuanxia, which is named after being located under the military pass of "Cuanli Ankou" in Ming Dynasty. Because there are too many strokes, this word is abbreviated as "biography" in many places.

The whole village is located in the north and south, built on the mountain. There are 76 sets of well-preserved quadrangles with more than 600 rooms. The quadrangle has a rigorous structure and a reasonable layout. Stone wall, gatehouse, screen wall, brick carving, stone carving, wood carving and other architectural styles have both the charm of Jiangnan water town and the magnificent momentum of high-rise buildings in the north.

Tickets and travel expenses

Tickets for the Ming and Qing Dynasties Monument Villa in Cuandixia: 30 yuan: Old people with old-age certificates, primary and secondary school students with valid certificates (except adult education) are half-price, and children under 1.2m are free.

point out

Almost every family in the village can provide accommodation, and the rooms are clean and tidy, generally 50 yuan/bed, 150 yuan/room.

Food guide: It is suggested to dine in a spacious farmhouse, sit around the table in a neat quadrangle, and wait for the villagers to bring out their own home-cooked dishes and wild vegetables from their kitchens. The farmhouse food tastes good and the price is not expensive, with an average of about 30 to 40 yuan per person.

Lesson from the past: The last time I went to Cuanxia was after SARS last year, and I lived in that quiet mountain village for three days. All day, I wandered from the early morning to the shadow of the sun, which was indescribable quiet and soothing. It is strongly recommended to stay in Cuanxia Village for two more days and try all the meals there, especially the bean rice, which is exactly the same as what I remember eating at my grandmother's house more than ten years ago.

Tips: Siheyuan can be divided into three types: large, medium and small, and most of them are small ones. Its characteristics are less land occupation and simple layout. There is only one yard, usually three rooms (main rooms) in the north room and two or three rooms in the east and west. Most of the street doors are Taoist hats. Into the street gate, in front is the south wall of the East Courtyard, with a shadow wall painted on it. Turn left along the path and walk to the middle of the yard. In the yard, there is a long brick cross road leading to all the houses around.

Cuan culture is a historical culture created by China from the Eastern Jin Dynasty (3 17 AD) to the seventh year of Tang Tianbao (749 AD) when Cuan clan ruled Yunnan (including some counties and cities in Guizhou and Sichuan today) for more than 400 years.

During the 400-odd years of cuan clan's rule, because the Central Plains Dynasty was in the war of feudal separatism for a long time, it basically lost control of Yunnan, and cuan clan took advantage of it, "taking the Central Plains Dynasty as the new moon", but in fact it formed a closed-door situation of "opening the door of princes and closing the door of emperors", so Yunnan's society was relatively stable and its economy was relatively developed. In order to escape the war, China people from the mainland kept traveling to Yunnan, and their culture was affected and they merged into the Central Plains culture.

Cuan culture is mainly manifested through food culture, clothing culture, customs, rituals, medicine, architecture, folk poetry and folk art.
