Brief description of the block wall construction method

Block wall is the building interior walls, partition walls and other parts of the brick, stone and other blocks used in the splicing of the wall, it is a traditional form of construction wall, because of its durability, long life and other advantages, is widely used in building construction. The following is the construction method of block wall and its precautions.

1. 2. 4. Block material stone cleaned up, find out the good side of the stone, heat treatment with LPG lamps to prevent water inside the stone, placed in the heat oh and then cleaned with paraffin wax.

5. Block wall construction sequence in turn: swing line - find the right center - positioning - reserve window and door openings - opening ink line - leveling the horizontal surface - find contour lines - paste brick wall stone.

6. After applying the cement mortar with thickness of about 2mm, put in the block stone or brick wall and leave appropriate gap. Place the block wall or stones flat on the cement mortar with each row of blocks placed horizontally.

7. After the wall internal and external holes are punched, the wall should be inspected, including whether the height and level of the wall are up to standard, and the thickness and verticality of the wall need to be opened.

8. External walls to make moisture-proof measures, internal walls to make decorative treatment.

Precautions:

1. Wall construction requirements for brick wall stone external surface flat, the brick should be joints tight, flush, the stone shall not have a large area of voids, bending, tooth missing and other defects.

2. Brick and stone need to remove dust and moisture in order to bond together with cement mortar. The quality of materials used for cement mortar and the strength grade of cement should meet the design requirements. Use naturally dry materials as much as possible during construction.

3. Determine the placement and deviation of bricks and stones to avoid top and bottom misplacement and misalignment. The upper limit of each row is not more than 3 deviated bricks.

4. Need to take moderate breaks at the right time during the construction process to avoid wall construction deviation due to the fatigue of the craftsmen. Need to pay attention to open windows and ventilation to ensure that the construction site in the personnel adequate supply of oxygen.
