How to make snacks with honey

Ingredients

(The original recipe is for 4 bars of 450g toast, but I used 1/4 of that amount, and adjusted it slightly according to the actual situation)

250g of flour, 3g of salt, 15g of milk powder, 50g of honey, 145g of water, 4g of dry yeast, 15g of butter, and a little bit of whole egg wash.

1, mix all ingredients except butter, knead into a dough, wrestle and knead until it rises, add butter and continue kneading until it is finished;

2, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until it doubles in size;

3, exhaust, divide into three equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes;

4, roll out and roll up.
