The process of making transparent fruit

The practice of Qingming fruit is as follows:

Ingredients: Folium Artemisiae Argyi, glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, sugar, edible alkali and clear water.

Tools: basin, kitchen knife, chopping board, steamer.

1. Wash Folium Artemisiae Argyi.

2. Blanch in boiling alkaline water for 2 minutes.

3. Take it out and cool it in cold water to control the moisture.

4. Chop the mugwort leaves.

5. Mix glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour at a ratio of 2: 1, add sugar and mix well.

6. Add chopped Folium Artemisiae Argyi, and add appropriate amount of cold water and flour in several times to achieve three lights (hand light, face light and basin light).

7. Make the dough into balls of moderate size, put them in a steamer and steam for about 15 minutes.
