A simple way to make your own twister.

The simple way to make your own torsion pendulum is as follows:

Ingredients: 300g high gluten flour, 3 eggs, 60g sugar, 7g honey 18g yeast, 3g baking powder, 50g clear water 150g edible oil.

Exercise:

1. First pour the sugar, eggs, honey and oil into the basin, stir until the sugar melts, then pour the water and set aside. Then, take a pot of flour, put yeast and baking powder in it and mix well. Pour the freshly mixed basin into the flour several times, and mix the flour with the flour several times by hand so that the flour and water are fully mixed.

2. Knead the flour into dough for about 7-8 minutes, wrap it with plastic wrap, ferment for 25 minutes, knead the dough until the surface is smooth, divide it into several equal parts with a knife, and then cut it into small dough.

3. Cut the dough and put it aside, and cover it with plastic wrap. Then take a piece of cut dough and knead it into a slender strip. Put them in order one by one and put them in an irrelevant place. Grasp one end of the kneaded strip with one hand and rub it in one direction with the other hand. Don't move the hand you are holding. After kneading, your hands will quickly lean together.

4. After rubbing all the twists, pour the oil into the pot and burn it to about 70% to 80% heat. Put the twisted twist in and fry it, turn it over in the middle to avoid frying it to one side, and then take out the fried ones on both sides.
