Design background of service brake

With the hydraulic control system as the background, the brake as the research object, Pro/engineer as the CAD support software and VB language, the expert of hydraulic brake system design for cars and small and medium-sized buses has developed a set of special CAD system for automobile brakes. The discretization scheme of brake is put forward, and the parametric three-dimensional graphic library of typical parts of brake is constructed. Using Pro/ENGINEER, the three-dimensional solid modeling and parametric driving of size and relationship are realized. The graphic library system adopts parameterized drawing library reference and management mechanism, and has an open extended interface. The secondary development module Pro/Tllokit of Pro/ENGINEER is studied, which solves the problem of customizing the program interface in synchronous mode and realizes the communication between Pro/ENGINEER. The mathematical model of braking process is established, the braking equation is derived and the related solutions are given, and the numerical simulation analysis program of the brake is compiled. The database of brake design is established.
