What systems of the Qin Dynasty are referred to by the term "Qin government and law"?

The Qin Dynasty laid the foundation of China's feudal social system.

The main ones were: 1. the county system, 2. the system of emphasizing agriculture and suppressing commerce. (This is a very complex system, written very much in the book of the Shang ruler) 3 Rewarding farming and encouraging agriculture and mulberrying. (Those who produced more food and more cloth were given titles and land.) 4. Military honors. (also on the first rank of the merit system) 5. three dukes and nine ministers system. 6, the three military system (strong men for an army, strong women for an army, the old and young for an army. This is Shang Yang's three-army system. It was practiced by successive generations of wars to defend the city) 7. Household registration system. (Damn, I hate this one)
