Use of water stop screw

When pouring shear wall in basement, water stop screw is usually used to fix the formwork to control the pouring thickness of concrete.

Compared with ordinary screws

It differs from ordinary through-wall screws in that:

1, there is a water stop in the middle of the water stop screw;

2. When the formwork is dismantled, the common wall-penetrating screw is pulled out and reused as a whole, while the ends of the water-stopping screw are sawed off outside the wall, and the middle part is left in the wall to ensure the watertightness of the wall.

3. The traditional water stop screw is a first-class structure, usually an integral full-toothed screw, and a water stop plate or an expansion water stop ring is welded in the middle to prevent water from passing through the basement wall.

The three-stage opposite-pulling water stop screw consists of a middle screw connected with two symmetrical end screws, wherein the middle screw is provided with a water stop piece and two stops, and the end screws are provided with fastening threads and fastening nuts. The two ends of the middle screw are provided with connecting external threads, and one end of the end screw is provided with connecting internal threads matched with the connecting external threads of the middle screw.
