Brief introduction of powder metallurgy superalloy

This alloy originated from dispersion strengthened alloy. 1962, according to the principle that thorium dioxide has dispersion strengthening effect in tungsten, DuPont Company of the United States developed a high-temperature material with dispersion strengthening of thorium dioxide made by powder metallurgy process, which was called TD nickel, and thus began the production of powder metallurgy superalloy.
