5. 1 hoisting mechanism

The hoisting mechanism is driven to rotate by the hoisting motor through the coupling and the hollow shaft of the reducer. The manufacturer of CD 1 electric hoist uses steel wire rope wound on the drum to drive the hook device to rise or fall.

The box body and box cover are made of cast iron, which has good vibration reduction effect and reliable sealing.

The hook is forged with special steel, and connected with the shell by thrust ball bearing through the hook beam, so that the hook can run freely. The hook device of 5t and below is single pulley type, and that of 10t and above is double pulley type.

5.2 Operating mechanism

An electric trolley, a traveling motor, a traveling reducer and a driven trolley form a traveling mechanism. Suspend the main engine for reciprocating motion. Its running speed is generally 20m/min, and 30m/min can also be selected.

6 Installation and debugging

6. 1 installation

Inspection and preparation before installation

A) After the electric hoist produced by CD1electric hoist manufacturer is delivered to the installation site, it shall be checked and accepted according to the packing list, and carefully check whether there are any damaged or missing parts during transportation;

B) Read the instruction manual and other attached documents carefully to understand the structure of this product.

C) The running trolley, current introducer and hook device (except 10t) are generally unpacked together with the main engine, and must be reassembled when installed;

D) Remove the oil stain or antirust oil from the tread of the electric vehicle;

E) Oil the hoisting and running reducer according to Table 9 and Table 12 in this manual, and seal the oil hole to prevent leakage.

F) Know the installation site and prepare the installation facilities.
