Next, cut out five centimeters of red paper, stick double-sided tape on one side, and cut out the ears of the lamp with scissors.

5. Wrap the ear of the lamp around it with a rope, and cut out two yellow octagonal patterns with holes in the middle, one of which is worn with the ear of the lamp.

6. Finally, stick an octagon on the top of the lantern, and the handmade lantern will be finished.
