Illustration of how to send bean sprouts
The first method: (1), nail (or find) a wooden box of appropriate size. (roughly equivalent to 15 times the amount of mung beans to be distributed).
(2) Choose mung beans with better quality. Soak mung beans in warm water until they sprout. Remove bad and rotten beans.
(3) Spread a towel at the bottom of the wooden case. Pour the mung beans into the wooden box. Smooth. Cover the mung bean with another towel. Press another board on the towel and press a heavy object on it (to make the bean sprouts grow thick).
(4) Water twice a day. When pouring, let the water gradually penetrate and take away the heat generated during the growth of mung beans.
(5) The mung bean sprouts will be ready in about 4 days in summer and 7 days in winter.
The second method:
One,
Modified bottles, tools: scissors, awl. 1. Drink a big bucket of cola or fresh orange juice. The key is to get the polyester bottle;
2. Twist off the conical part with scissors, and the bottle will become a cylinder, which is convenient for pouring bean sprouts later;
3. Make as many holes as possible in the bottom of the bottle with an awl to prevent water storage and bean sprouts from rotting;
Second, raw mung bean sprouts
1. Grab a handful of mung beans, throw them away and put them in a bottle (I use a bottle of fresh orange juice, and the beans at the bottom of the bottle will grow into a full bottle of bean sprouts);
2. As long as you flush it with tap water, the flower water will flow out of the hole at the bottom of the bottle smoothly.
3. Put the bottle in a small bowl or plate to control the water; 4. Rinse at least twice a day. When you are at home on Sunday, you can rush if you want. There is no limit.
Third, find a piece of gauze to cover the bean sprouts, and then press a bottle of water on it (glass in a polyester bottle). The glass is full when you flush it, and it will grow better when you press it on the bean sprouts. If the bottle is made, when the mung bean sprouts are born, just grab the mung bean and flush it.
The third method
Choose a flowerpot with eyes at the bottom. 1, wash the flowerpot first; 2. Wash the mung beans or other beans you want to raise, put them in an ordinary pot and add water to the beans. Leave it overnight to let the beans fully absorb enough water. They will swell a little; 3. Put the beans soaked overnight into a flowerpot, cover 3-4 layers with gauze, and pour in cold water; 4. Pour cold water 2-3 times a day. Excess water in the flowerpot will automatically flow out of your eyes. On the third day, put a clean stone or brick on the gauze. This way, the bean sprouts will grow thick and don't turn over. After the bean sprouts grow to 65,438+0,5 inches, they can be eaten before the capillary roots come out.
The above method does not use chemicals or fertilizers. Although the mung bean sprouts produced in this way are not as fat as those sold in the market, they are definitely green food.
Precautions:
1, the bean sprouts should be ventilated and not covered.
2. There should be no oil in the bottle
3, it is best to put it in a cool place, not in direct sunlight.
4, don't wait too long, you can almost eat it. It doesn't matter if it's shorter. Although the longer you see white, the happier you will be, but when the roots grow, the taste will be worse.
