History and Culture of Chongqing Su Da Sister Old Hot Pot
Daisy Su, whose name is Su Xingrong, is the eldest daughter of Su Weizhang, the founder of Su's hot pot and the heir to Su's hot pot. Before the liberation, Su Weizhang founded Su's old hot pot in Chongqing's famous ancient town of Maguikou Dajia, which became a word-of-mouth delicacy for "delicious dogs" at that time because of its mellow flavor. After the liberation, Mr. Su responded to the call for "public-private partnership". In 1958, at the age of fifteen, Mr. Su Xingrong entered a military enterprise in Chongqing. Thirty years of factory life did not extinguish her business genes. In 1987, when the wave of business swept across the land of China, this daughter of a businessman resolutely left a large state-owned enterprises, regained the hot pot skills, with the savings of 3,000 yuan, 4 tables and 16 stools, founded the "Su Da Sister old hot pot" store. After more than 20 years of painstaking management, Su Da Sister old hot pot has now become "China's famous hot pot", the development of a number of directly-managed stores, a training school, a hot pot base, a hot pot base production base, an agricultural sightseeing eco-park, hundreds of chain stores across the country with the effect of brand-name catering enterprises. Su Xingrong is currently the chairman of Chongqing Su Da Sister Catering Culture Limited Liability Company, Chongqing Catering Chamber of Commerce Vice President, Chongqing Hot Pot Association Vice President, Chongqing Shapingba District Catering Chamber of Commerce and other positions.
