The Difference between Traditional Politics and Modern Politics (Western)

There is no essential difference between traditional politics and modern politics. A few people rule the majority, and a few people control the majority to maintain social stability and development;

Traditional politics is limited by the ability of information dissemination, information transmission and audience control, and is often controlled by totalitarian rule and extreme and coercive violence.

With the development of science and technology, the acceptance of the audience, the development of modern civilization and the diversification of class interests, modern politics often adopts the way of forced brainwashing through the media to rule and control the majority by means of representatives and agents.

Modern politics is more acceptable and deceptive than traditional politics.
