How to treat acute gastritis with Chinese medicine?

〈1〉Exterior evils in the stomach: fever, cold, chest and epigastric fullness, or even pain, nausea and vomiting, or diarrhea and discharge, white greasy moss, the pulse is moist and slow.

Treatments: remove the evil to relieve the surface, the turbidity and the middle.

Chinese patent medicine: Huo Xiang Zheng Qi soft capsule.

〈2〉Dietary stagnation: the epigastric distension refuses to be pressed, belching and swallowing of acid, more and more food, vomiting after the reduction of the disease, diarrhea, foul, thick and greasy tongue coating, pulse smooth and solid.

Treatment: eliminate food stagnation.

Chinese medicine: Jiawei Baohe Pill.

〈3〉Phlegm heat internal obstruction: epigastric nausea, vomiting and diarrhea frequently, its gas odor, heartburn and thirst, may also be accompanied by fever, yellow tongue coating, pulse slippery.

Treatment: clear heat and dampness, and stop diarrhea.

Chinese medicine: Jiawei Xianglian Pill.

〈4〉Blood stasis and obstruction: stomach and epigastric pain is frequent, persistent, or pain like pins and needles, pain in a fixed place, vomiting blood and black stools, the tongue is purplish and dark or there is echocardiosis, the pulse is astringent.

Treatment: activate blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis, regulate qi and stop pain.

Chinese medicine: Yunnan Baiyao.
