One-finger Zen

Finger Zen is a method of massaging with the thumb. When operating, the thumb should aim at the treatment site and stick it on the acupoint. When pushing, it should not slip or jump, but it must be free to move as needed. Go back and forth several times, so that there is a warm feeling on the meridians, and there is an acid swelling reaction on the acupoints. One-finger Zen can treat a wide range of diseases, such as gastrointestinal diseases, paralysis, head, neck, shoulder, lumbocrural pain and so on, with good curative effect. This method is not strong, mild, comfortable and easy to be accepted by patients, and it is a widely used school at present.

Paipai is a method of slapping with hands or instruments. Generally, you hold the hollow palm with your hand and pat it on both sides of your back with a bang. A treatment, dozens of slaps up and down, the skin is red. In the beat method, there are also special beats, such as bending the steel wire into a racket shape, stuffing cotton in the middle, tying it with cloth to make a beat, and tapping it gently with rhythm. Pat Baihui point on the top of the head can cure insomnia, pat the back of the head and neck and shoulders on both sides can cure headache and dizziness, clap the back of the hand can cure indigestion. Then make a cylindrical cloth bag with a diameter of about 4cm and a length of about 40cm. The cloth bag is filled with cotton and Chinese herbal medicine powder and made into a stick as a racket. The surgeon slapped the clappers on both sides of the patient's back. When operating, the artist slaps the clapper evenly on the back, so that the whole plane of the clapper touches the treatment part, and there may be a "click" sound; Although the voice is loud, but the slap face is also big, so the strength is not big. Beat back and forth on both sides of the back dozens of times, making the skin red. After slapping, you should use Chinese herbal medicine decoction to dispel wind and promote blood circulation, soak the medicine juice with towel, wring it out, and do wet and hot compress at the slapping place. This method has a good effect on lumbago, fasciitis and other lumbago diseases.

Third, traumatology massage

This is a special treatment method for injured patients, and it is an important treatment method in traditional medical traumatology. For example, the fracture and dislocation are reset by touching the top, connecting the top, lifting the top, folding the top, etc., and then the Chinese herbal medicine for promoting blood circulation and reducing swelling is externally used and fixed with splint. Another example is the injury of bones and muscles, which smoothes the injured part by smoothing and adjusting the tendons, thus reducing swelling and relieving pain. Another example is fascia ligament injury. Operators need to massage the injured part with Chinese herbal medicine wine or powder to promote blood circulation and relieve pain. The technique should not be heavy, but the pain should be moderate.

Once a day, each time about 10min. If ecchymosis appears locally after the injury, you can pinch your thumb and nail at the ecchymosis to make a series of nail prints. The exertion should be light and slow, and the intensity should be based on the patient's pain tolerance. After such squeezing, the ecchymosis obviously subsided and the swelling was reduced the next day. If it can be combined with Chinese herbal medicine for oral administration and external application, the curative effect will be better.

4. Acupoint method

Refers to the method of massaging acupoints. Click the acupoints with your middle finger and thumb, and then gradually deepen them, one by one, and repeat them for dozens of times on one acupoint. Acupoint therapy is mainly based on acupoint therapy, so it is very important to choose the appropriate acupoints according to the condition. It is necessary to choose the main points and the matching points, and point the main points with one hand and the matching points with the other. For example, for gastrointestinal diseases, Shu point on the back is chosen as the main point, Zusanli point on the lower limb as the matching point, and pressing up and down makes the patient have obvious acid swelling reaction. Then choose a pair of principal points and matching points to do the same thing. You can choose 2 ~ 3 pairs of acupoints for 20 ~ 30 min in one treatment. Acupoint massage is mainly based on the theory of meridians, adjusting the function of viscera and treating diseases. Acupoint requires high finger skills, and the operator must practice to a certain extent to get better curative effect. Now there are wooden acupuncturists instead of fingers, which can also play a certain role.

Five, press massage

Before massage, press the abdomen, waist and back or chest and back with your thumb to detect whether there are sensitive parts, and then press the sensitive parts hard. Press each sensitive part for about a minute, then relax and press again. At the same time, you can also choose to press acupuncture points. General gastrointestinal diseases can press the abdomen, waist and back. Respiratory diseases can be pressed on the chest and back, which can cure cough, chronic bronchitis and asthma. Pressing is also used to press large blood vessels, such as pressing the pulse of abdominal aorta, pressing deeply for about a minute, and then suddenly relaxing, and the patient seems to feel a heat flow reaching the lower limbs. You can also press the femoral artery as before. This pressing method can treat some vascular diseases.

There are many genre techniques, all of which have certain characteristics. Clinical massage therapy only introduces the above five kinds.
