Precisely because the leader's decision-making is particularly important, a good leader must have a high degree of insight, judgment, and quick response capabilities.
In addition, the decision-making power of leaders is also related to the interests of the organization. A leader who cannot make wise and far-sighted decisions will make the organization suffer more losses, while a leader who can make correct decisions can lead the organization to win more market share and economic benefits.
The decision-making power of leaders is also directly related to the development and morale of employees. A good leader needs to be able to build a loyal, responsible team and inspire team members to perform at their best.
