1, Weifang Meat Fire:
Wei Du Meat Fire is a traditional snack in Weifang, Shandong. Locals call it Lao Wei County Roast Meat, and Chenghuang Temple Roast Meat is the most famous and delicious. The local fire has a long history and many kinds. It is recorded in Zi Tongzhi Jian that Zhao Qi, a native of the Eastern Han Dynasty, lived in Beihai and made a living by selling cakes.

Masonggao originated from Ma Song (now Yingqiu Town) in Changle County, Shandong Province, so it is called Masonggao. According to legend, Changle Ma Song, located in the middle of Shandong Peninsula, was the only place for southeast Shandong to enter Beijing in the early Qing Dynasty.
