Construction shall be carried out in the order of "up first, down second, easy first, difficult first, left first, right first, and inside first", and the operation methods of horizontal and vertical brushing shall be adopted.

When painting varnish for the first time, a certain amount of thinner should be added to dilute the paint solution to facilitate the rapid drying of the paint film. When operating, brush along the grain, vertically and evenly plate, and then straighten along the grain direction. The paint film is required to be painted evenly, without brush leakage, dripping and falling off. After the clear oil is completely dried and hardened, use sandpaper to polish it. When painting varnish for the second time, don't add any thinner. When brushing, you should brush it fully, and the paint film can be a little thicker. When operating, brush it several times in the horizontal and vertical directions to make it shine evenly. If there is sagging, use a brush to dry the smooth paint in the original direction immediately after it is dried, and polish it according to the treatment method of the first paint.

Apply varnish for the third time. Polishing and waxing the surface layer is a further modification of the finish, and it is also an important difference between high-grade paint engineering and general paint engineering. When polishing, first use water sandpaper dipped in soapy water to polish, first use 320 # water sandpaper, and finally use 600 # water sandpaper. When polishing, the force should be even, and the whole paint film should be polished. Then dip the soft cloth in sand wax (polishing paste) and rub it repeatedly on the surface of the paint film. There should not be too much sand wax liquid on the soft cloth, and it should be rubbed quickly. When the surface is very smooth and flat, waxing can dip cotton in polishing wax and coat a thin layer on the surface of the paint film.

Environmental requirements for oil cleaning and painting

When the wood surface is painted with varnish, it requires high environment. When the environment fails to meet the required standards, the quality of the project will be affected.

The painting site should be clean and dust-free. Clean thoroughly before painting. When painting, air circulation should be strengthened. When working, clean water should be sprinkled on the ground frequently, and it is not allowed to cross the work that produces dust. Therefore, painting varnish should be carried out in the final stage of home decoration project. Brushing should be carried out in a slightly dry climate, and the temperature before construction must be above 5 degrees Celsius to ensure the normal drying and curing of the paint film, shorten the construction period and improve the quality of the paint film. The construction site for parking and painting should have good lighting conditions to ensure accurate color matching, no brush leakage during construction, timely detection of paint film changes, and facilitate the adoption of solutions. Therefore, in the dark environment, the lighting of the working face should be increased.
