What is a neutral phrase?
From the perspective of grammatical function, neutral phrases can not only serve as different sentence components, but also constitute a sentence with a specific mood. For example, in the sentence "the great motherland is prosperous", the definite phrase of the great motherland is the subject part of the sentence.
