What is the detection method of throttle position sensor?

There are three types of throttle position sensors: switch type, sliding resistance type and integrated type, and different types have different detection methods: 1. The switch type can be used in the sensor socket, and the conduction of idle speed and full load switch can be measured by multimeter. 2. The sliding resistance will increase with the increase of throttle opening. Check whether the maximum resistance meets the requirements. 3. The integrated type is also tested by multimeter, and an idle switch is added on the basis of sliding type. The main function of throttle position sensor is to detect whether the engine is in idle state or load state, acceleration state or deceleration state. It is essentially a variable resistor and several switches installed on the throttle body.
