Pulverize wood into sawdust with a diameter of about 1.5cm, and then add a certain proportion of water, gypsum, bran, sugar, etc. Put it into it, stir it evenly, bag it, sterilize it thoroughly in boiling water, put the mushroom bag into the sterilized greenhouse, cool it, sow it, and tie the mushroom bag regularly at the later stage, so that the mushrooms begin to grow around 10, and pick it regularly after maturity. When growing mushrooms, it is best to spray water into the air and pay attention to ventilation.
I. Cultivation techniques of Lentinus edodes
1. Use a sawdust machine to crush wood into sawdust with a diameter of about 1.5 cm, and then add a certain proportion of water, gypsum, bran, sugar, etc. Add the prepared sawdust, stir evenly, bag it, and seal it with a sealing machine.
2. Put the fungus bag into a sealed cauldron, heat it to 100℃, and thoroughly sterilize it for more than 24 hours.
3. Put the sterilized bag in the sterilized greenhouse, wait for it to cool before sowing, and the hyphae begin to grow. In the follow-up process, the bags are tied regularly and then put into the greenhouse for summer.
4. Mushrooms will start to grow around June 5438+ 10, and can be picked regularly after maturity.
Second, the matters needing attention in mushroom cultivation
1. Where mushrooms are planted for the first time, measures should be taken to disinfect the walls with lime water and sprinkle quicklime on the ground, and the quicklime scattered on the ground should be cleaned up the next day; Old mushroom farms can be fumigated and disinfected with potassium permanganate and formalin; Mushroom farms with pests are sprayed with pesticides to kill pests and then disinfected.
2. During the mushroom growing period, we should pay attention to the method of replenishing water to spray it into the air, and at the same time pay attention to ventilation to avoid excessive accumulation of carbon dioxide, which will lead to the failure of fruiting bodies or the formation of deformed mushrooms. Air humidity is an important condition of fruiting period. In order to increase humidity, blindly increasing the amount of water spray or even spraying water directly on the mushroom body will suffocate some small mushrooms, and some grown mushrooms will also fester and turn black due to water stains.
3. Unreasonable harvest also affects the increase of yield. Some mushroom farmers want their small mushrooms to grow all the time, but as a result, they will not grow, and the fruiting period will be prolonged, which will affect the yield of the next mushroom.
