Simple manufacturing method of tee joint

Today, I will introduce the method of making the most grounded pure manual integrated tee for the majority of amber craftsmen.

First, choose amber rough stone with full material type. It is best to choose the rough stone with big head and small thickness, so that the loss is small and it is full and round at ordinary times. Mu Mu chose a black material with a specification of 5- 10 as the template.

First, shape the selected original stone and cut off the redundant part. The tool used is a magic saw.

In other words, the cut small materials can also be made into beads or gaskets. Amber has no waste, so it is a pity to wear it off, so it is cut.

Second, smooth the edges and corners of the original stone with a chisel. Use prime files. Some treasures are for sale, but some friends use sandpaper instead of the same OK ones.

The shape has been repaired, but there are some impurities in it, so it needs to be repaired. It is estimated that the final product may not be so full.

Third, continue to use sandpaper to modify the shape and polish off the scratches left by setbacks. Sandpaper with 600 mesh, as shown in the figure, the approximate shape will come out!

Fourth, draw the approximate shape of the stupa with a pencil. Mu Mu has not thoroughly studied the specific classification of integrated tee, but this one should be Tibetan.

5. Use a triangular file and polish it according to the pencil line drawn. Pay attention to the retraction along the line when grinding, so that there will be no error in grinding once.

Draw a second line with a pencil to roughly describe the shape of the stupa. Don't mind being so ugly because it's not the last practice, so you can probably know the proportion and the pencil is easy to erase.

Seven, continue to repair the second line according to the above steps, this step is to keep the two lines parallel.
