Is Longwan District in Wenzhou an urban area?

Longwan District belongs to Wenzhou City./kloc-0 was established with the approval of the State Council in February, 1984. One of the three major urban areas in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province (Lucheng District, ouhai district District and Longwan District), only the citizen ID cards of these three major urban areas are: XXXX District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and other counties and cities belonging to Wenzhou District are: XXXX County (city), Zhejiang Province.

After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), Wenzhou was founded. 198 1 year, the cities merged and were originally divided into districts and cities, named Wenzhou. 1984 was renamed Lucheng district.

Ouhai district was originally a suburb of Wenzhou. 198/kloc-0 Ouhai county was established in June, and/kloc-0 was zoned in March, 1992 and merged into Wenzhou city.
