Decision of Huainan Municipal People's Government on Repealing Some Municipal Regulations

I. 29 municipal government regulations whose main contents are incompatible with new laws, administrative regulations and local laws and regulations or those that have been amended, new policies of the Party and the State or those that have been adjusted, and those that have been replaced by new laws, administrative regulations and local laws and regulations shall be repealed (see Appendix 1 for the catalog). Second, before the end of 2001 has been ordered to repeal the Qinhuangdao 15 pieces of municipal government regulations, unified announcement (catalog see Annex 2).
