Which saves fuel, turbocharging or natural inhalation?

I think turbocharging is more fuel-efficient than natural inhalation for the following reasons.

Power: Turbocharged engines are small in size and high in power, and naturally aspirated engines may need larger displacement and more fuel consumption.

Efficiency: Under the same conditions, the turbocharged engine is more efficient. By increasing oxygen and compressing intake air, the combustion efficiency is improved, saving fuel and speeding up.

Driving: Turbocharging can easily cause sudden acceleration and braking, increasing fuel consumption. Avoiding sudden acceleration and braking can improve fuel economy.
