Is it right or wrong to say that traditional culture of rituals and concepts of inferiority and superiority can hinder the formation of a fair culture in teams?

Fairness means impartiality. Equal means that all participants (people or groups) have an average of all attributes (including input, acquisition, etc.). Fair means just, reasonable, and capable of gaining broad support; and even means equal and average.

In our daily lives, we often talk about fairness as "the small relative gap that exists between individuals, between groups, or between individuals and groups in some or other aspect of input or acquisition status." Fairness is to recognize the gap, it also emphasizes the objectivity and rationality of the gap. If the relative gap in some state of affairs in some area or another is zero, then that's not fairness, that's called averaging.
