I have always loved this photo and cherished it very much. This is the scene on the first day of the school year when the teachers went to the North Hall to greet the children with their distinctive class name tags, and on the eve of the first day of the school year, I repeatedly looked at the one-inch photos that the children had handed in, hoping that I would be able to call them by name the first time I saw them. Create a classroom that is not afraid to make mistakes

We have been singing all the way, and the road is full of bumps and twists, the face of the rough sea, crocodiles with sharp teeth and sneers, the little protagonist is still sitting firmly on the tail of the whale, and bravely face the sudden difficulties. Looking back over the past year, we have all encountered various difficulties and challenges. The children just entered the school, faced with unfamiliar environment, not familiar with the teachers and classmates, in the first semester of the first grade during the class broke out a variety of problems, a variety of small conflicts between the children, can not adapt to the class time, for the freedom of the rules of the war, the children can not control their own emotions in the face of the difficulties, that period of time between teachers and students, although slow, but impressive, in the face of the children temporary small problems, as a teacher, we are not able to control our own emotions, but we are not able to control our own emotions. In the face of the children's temporary small problems, as teachers, we have to take immediate action to solve the problem, no matter whether it is to consult the relevant education books or ask for advice from more experienced teachers, or communicate with parents, just want to do their best to help the children, but also in this period of time seems to be a "painful", we have gradually identified their own classroom culture, which is the most important thing to help the children. Good habits are more important

Learning is never so easy, the elementary school stage, especially in the first and second grades, it is particularly important to be able to develop good learning habits, in order to allow children to feel the power of perseverance, in the current school year, we carried out two read-aloud punching card activities, the first was called "the sound of spring! "We prepared 30 children's songs, including animal children's songs, small ancient texts from the Republic of China period, traditional festivals and so on, and asked the children to read aloud and upload their audio cards every day, which became more and more abundant in their audio homepage. After a while, especially during the reading-aloud questioning session, we suddenly realized that some of the children's literacy had increased and they were able to complete the reading-aloud task by themselves smoothly and fluently without realizing it. After the class was over, we had a small awards ceremony to recognize the children in the class who had persevered the best. I still remember one morning, Chenyu excitedly ran over to me and told me that his audios had accumulated to 80 songs, and looking at his smile, my heart burst with joy that the children had been able to gain a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction from it. Mothers and fathers also feel the progress and changes of their children in the daily persistence. Summer Games

One day in May, the First Grade Fun Games kicked off with 26 children standing neatly in the playground, ready for a physical challenge. However, the whole sports meeting let me remember, I have to mention our tug-of-war, although the results are not so ideal, we lost the game, but the end of the moment, looking at the children's faces red, forehead oozing sweat beads, some children's eyes have been covered with tears, I was also a heart tight, red eyes, since becoming a teacher, obviously feel their own tear point becomes low, and the children's eyes are red, and the children's eyes are red. An imperfect but dedicated class performance

Years from now, the children may forget some of the daily routines that took place in the classroom, but I am sure that the child who stood at the center of the stage on May 24th, completing the class performance, will be remembered for the rest of their lives, and that is the charm of the stage, and the magic of the celebration, in order to become a better version of themselves on the stage. Sheng'en, Yi Bo, Jia Le and Hong'en brought their three sentences with humor and quirkiness. When we saw the children's performance during the first rehearsal, we marveled at how they had memorized so many sentences, and the four little gentlemen in suits on the stage behaved naturally and graciously with their hands and feet, and the sentences with rhymes amused the audience off stage. Bong Yu and Chen Yu, in the guise of a taciturn duo, performed the classic song "Just Met You" by Li Yugang, with their steady steps and loud voices, instantly transforming them into campus singers. Rhyme Ru, Le Xin, Yu Xin, Zhi Yun, the four little swans of our class brought the traditional classic song and dance "The Three Character Classic", looking at the children's neat and tidy movements, usually must have put a lot of effort. The little cutie Sheng Han held the audience with her song "Youth Training Manual", singing, dancing, acting and hosting all with ease. Zimo, Yuya, Yutong and Zitong brought the dynamic dance "Learning to Catcall", which is a surprise brought by the four little sisters in every class celebration. The annual class play "Cinderella" is also the program that took the most effort, all members of the cast, four scenes, rehearsals over and over and over again, every little actor's lines, carefully polished, and the narrator and the PPT and the music of the seamless integration, although the final presentation of the stage is still a variety of small problems, but we are all trying our best to do our best with no regrets. Parent Classroom

This semester, Little Conch invited Daddy Hong En, Mommy Zi Xuan and Daddy Yi Bo to bring you a wonderful and unforgettable lesson experience.

Hong En's father gave the children a wonderful piano lesson, in which the children got to know the five lines of music, learned to sing the beautiful children's songs "Bugs Fly" and "Little Star", and also brought his own electronic piano, and the melodious music flowed out from his fingertips, and the beautiful melody encircled the whole classroom. The joyful music class let the children feel the beauty of music wholeheartedly, and sowed the seeds of beauty in their young hearts.

ZiXuan's mother, who is a nutritionist, brought us a lesson on "Nutrition and Health". At the beginning of the lesson, she explained the meaning of living with a smile to the children, and urged the students who are growing up to get enough sleep every day, and carefully listed out the things that the children have to eat less or shouldn't eat.

Dressed in a handsome captain's uniform and wearing a "four-bar" shoulder badge, Yibo's father prepared a lesson on aviation knowledge for the little conchs. Yibo father introduced the evolution of the aircraft and the classification of aircraft, but also to show the children their own aircraft cabin, see the photos of the children are amazed, laughter.

Zoo tour

After hearing the topic of "interesting animal world" will have a zoo tour, the little conchs have been in a state of excitement, because this is the first time that most of the little conchs left their parents to travel alone, the children are full of desire for the trip, and for this trip to do the full preparation.

In the spring of March, with the warm wind and rain, the little conchs started their first study trip in elementary school life with anticipation and excitement. After an hour and a half of driving, the children finally arrived at the long-awaited Qingdao Forest Safari Park.
