Click Insert → New Component. In the new component window that opens, set the name to "Moving Little People", check "Movie Clip", and then click "OK".

Click File → Import → Import to Library. Then, in the open Import to Library window, select the pictures of the sims' walking postures prepared in advance, and click the "Open" button to import them into the library.

In the first frame of layer 1, drag "Result0" from the library to the scene.

Click the "New Layer" button on the "Timeline" to create Layer 2, and then click Insert → Keyframe in the fifth frame of Layer 2, and drag "Result 1" in the library to the scene.

Using the same principle, we divide "Result 2", "Result 3" and "Result 4" into Layer 3, Layer 4 and Layer 5 respectively, and the corresponding frames are 10, 15 and 20 respectively.

Finally, adjust the duration of each layer of images. At this point, the movie clip of the mobile villain is completed.

Switch to the main scene and make it active. Click the Size button in the Properties panel, set the size of the scene to 800*300, and set the background color to black. Click the OK button.

Drag the movie clip "Moving Little Man" from the library to the left outside the scene.

Then at the 30th frame of the timeline, click Insert → Timeline → Key Frame, insert a key frame at the 30th frame, and then drag the villain from the left outside the scene to the right outside the scene. At this point, the whole animation setting is completed.

Right-click between 1 and 30 frames, and select Create Tween Animation.

Finally, press the keyboard combination key "CTRL+Enter" to test. If you feel that the villain's movements are irregular, you can adjust the distance from 1 to 30 frames slightly until you are satisfied. The final effect is shown in the figure.
