Epidemic prevention policy in Wenjiang district
1. Cancel the registration requirements for personnel coming (returning) to Sichuan, and the "landing inspection" will no longer be implemented for personnel coming (returning) to Sichuan;
2. Implement "5-day centralized isolation +3-day home isolation" for personnel from overseas countries (regions). Do not have the conditions of home isolation, or do not accept the same isolation as residents, the implementation of centralized isolation;
3. Close contacts who meet the conditions of home isolation shall be isolated at home for 5 days, and the 1 nucleic acid test shall be conducted on the fifth day, and the isolation can be lifted only after a negative certificate is issued. Do not have the conditions of home isolation, or do not accept the same isolation as residents, the implementation of centralized isolation;
4. When foreigners enter nursing homes, welfare homes, inpatient departments of medical institutions, nurseries, primary and secondary schools and other special places, they should wear masks in a standardized manner, and hold a green health code and a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours. Other public places should strictly implement the provisions of "wearing masks", and no longer check the health code, nucleic acid test certificate, communication itinerary card, residence history in risky cities, and no longer scan the place code.
Legal basis: Article 6 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.
The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.
Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.
The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
Article 7
Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work.
Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
