What documents does the clinic need to open?

1. What certificates are needed for clinic operation?

1. Opening a clinic generally requires a medical institution's practice license, a drug business license, a quality management standard certificate for drug business and a business license. To apply for a medical institution, an application for establishment, a site selection report and an architectural design plan shall be submitted.

2. Legal basis: Article 2 of the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions.

These Regulations apply to hospitals, health centers, sanatoriums, out-patient departments, clinics, health centers (rooms) and first-aid stations engaged in disease diagnosis and treatment.

Article 10

To apply for the establishment of a medical institution, the following documents shall be submitted:

(1) An application for establishment;

(2) Feasibility study report;

(3) Site selection report and architectural design scheme.

2. What are the requirements for obtaining a clinic business license?

To apply for the Clinic Business License, you must have the following items:

1, the main person in charge of the clinic must have the qualification certificate of Chinese medicine and have been practicing in medical, preventive and health care institutions for three years after registration, or have the qualification certificate of Chinese medicine doctor;

2, in line with the "basic standards of Chinese medicine clinics";

3. The name of the Chinese medicine clinic conforms to the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions;

4. Comply with the relevant provisions of environmental protection and fire control;

5. Be able to bear civil liability independently.
