What's the difference between folk skills and folk customs?

Folk skills mainly refer to handicrafts, such as: wood structure making skills, brocade weaving skills, dry tea making skills, etc. Folklore mainly refers to some traditional folk customs and established activities, such as: hiking in Tomb-Sweeping Day, eating zongzi and rowing dragon boats on the Dragon Boat Festival, and drinking realgar wine.

For example, making kites is a folk art, while flying kites in the Spring Festival is a folk custom.
