Top ten in Sichuan famous wine list

The top ten famous wines in Sichuan are Luzhou Laojiao Tequ, Wuliangye, Jiannanchun, Langjiu, Tuopai, Quanxing, Fangjing, Gu Feng, Xiantan and Xiaojiaolou.

1, Luzhou Laojiao Tequ

Luzhou Laojiao Tequ Liquor is mainly produced in Longmatan District, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province. As a typical representative of Luzhou-flavor Daqu liquor, it is one of the four famous liquors in China, and also one of the modern 17 famous liquors (liquor). It is famous for its unique style of "mellow, sweet, long aftertaste and especially fragrant after drinking".

2. Wuliangye

Wuliangye is one of the top ten famous liquors in Sichuan and one of the three famous liquors in China. Mao is unique among Luzhou-flavor liquors in China. Yao Zixue Qu brewed by Yao family in Yibin in Song Dynasty is the most mature prototype of Wuliangye, which uses five kinds of grains: soybean, rice, sorghum, glutinous rice and buckwheat.

3. Jian Nanchun

Jiannanchun is a specialty of Jiannan Town, Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province. The history of Jian Nanchun can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty 1500 years ago. According to the post-Tang Dezong records, Jian Nanchun was selected as the royal wine in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Jian Nanchun is the only famous China wine recorded in the official history in modern China, and the only remaining Datang wine in China. Its traditional brewing technology has been recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage.

4. Langjiu

Langjiu, from Erlang Town, Gulin County, Sichuan Province, is a symbolic product of chinese national geography. It has a history of 100 years and is a famous Sichuan wine. 1979, Langjiu was rated as a national quality wine; 1984 in the fourth national famous wine appraisal, Langjiu was famous for its unique flavor and taste of "rich sauce flavor, mellow and clean, elegant and delicate, sweet and long", and won the title of national famous wine for the first time.

5. Tuopai wine

Tuopai liquor industry has a series of famous wines, such as Shede, Tuopai Qujiu, Zhenbao Tuopai, Jintuo Brand and Tuopai Spring, and has Shili Ecological Brewing Industry City. 7. Fang Shuijing wine

Fang Shuijing is a traditional famous wine of Han nationality, produced in Chengdu, Sichuan. From the end of Yuan Dynasty to the beginning of Ming Dynasty, it lasted for five or six hundred years without interruption. It is the only example of an ancient brewing workshop and winery found in China at present, which strongly supports Li Shizhen's view in Compendium of Materia Medica in the Ming Dynasty that "shochu is not an ancient method, but was created since the Yuan Dynasty".
