When the oil temperature is 80% hot, the meat slices begin to fry until the surface is golden, and the flavor is fried, and the meat slices are taken out. Fry for another 20 seconds to make the meat slices crispy outside and tender inside.
Step 6: Leave a little base oil in the pot, turn to medium heat, pour in oil and heat it to 70%, add minced garlic, saute shallots, turn to low heat and pour in a spoonful of oyster sauce. Pour in 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons of sugar, stir-fry evenly on low heat, add half a bowl of water starch to the pot and cook until the soup is thick.
Step 7: Pour in the fried meat slices, pour in a spoonful of white vinegar and stir-fry for 3 minutes, so that the vinegar flavor can blend into the meat slices. You can cook.
