Preparation before color matching:
According to the above color confirmation, prepare all kinds of "mother color" pigments of the same kind and a certain amount, prepare all kinds of utensils for color matching, and make samples of tinplate or glass plate, and clean all utensils and keep them clean.
Sample deployment:
Open the paint bucket of each color and stir it repeatedly with the color bar. First, take a few drops of main color paint solution and drop it on the lid, tinplate or glass plate. Then, according to the order of priority, the paint of other colors is dripped in the same way as the color of the sample, and stirred while dripping until the required "sub-color" is prepared, and the sample can be prepared for many times. In the process of blending, it is necessary to confirm the dosage ratio of each color, and pay attention to whether there are any bad phenomena such as caking and floating color.
Color matching:
According to the approximate mass ratio of sample preparation, the approximate dosage of each "mother color" coating is calculated. First, 50% of the main color paint is poured into the color mixing barrel, and 50% of the calculated amount of each auxiliary color is added in turn. After repeated stirring, the coating samples were made, and then compared with the primary color samples after the solvent volatilization and floating color phenomenon were stable.
According to the degree of color difference, fine-tune the addition amount of each color in the second round, pay special attention to the addition of dark pigments, and stir less and more to prevent excessive. When it is adjusted to be close to the standard color, make another sample of the paint, and then compare it with the original color sample until the solvent volatilizes and the floating color phenomenon is stable, and it is close to the color sample.
It should be noted that if the color sample is wet film, the newly prepared paint can be dripped on the same surface for wet film comparison, which can be completely consistent. If the color sample is dry film, the transferred wet film should be lighter in color than the dry film.
