Is it better to cook at home with an electric cooker or an electric pressure cooker?
Electric pressure cooker:
When cooking, rice will be a little rotten, but time control is related to the amount of food, so it needs to be adapted. Moreover, the electric pressure cooker is not limited to cooking, but also can be used to cook many dishes, which ordinary rice cookers can't do.
But there is a disadvantage that the air valve and cover should be cleaned frequently, otherwise a lot of dirty things will be produced after a long time. Silicone rings also have a life span, but not for three or four years. As far as safety is concerned, the current pressure cooker generally has a protective device, and the lid can only be opened after the pressure is released.
Rice cooker: the function is very simple, the operation is fool-like, it is easy to clean, and it is rarely broken when used properly. Other dishes you want to cook are not as rich as electric pressure cookers.
Generally speaking, I personally think it is better to buy a pressure cooker, preferably with a timer or a digital display, but it is more expensive.
