Practice of beef soup with medicinal diet in Jinjiang

Main ingredients:
300 grams of beef ribs and 3000 grams of beef bone soup.
Medicinal materials:
3 pieces of Angelica sinensis, 4 pieces of Ligusticum Chuanxiong, 4 grams of Poria, 3 grams of Beijiao 10, 6 grams of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 8 pieces of red dates and 5 grams of Ramulus Cinnamomi.

Production method:
1. Drain beef ribs into boiling water and blanch them to remove dirty blood. Take it out and cut it into 3 cm pieces for later use.
2. After washing all the medicinal materials with water, take them out and drain them, and soak them in beef bone soup for 30 minutes.
3. Put the beef ribs made by 1, beef bone broth made by 2 and rice wine into the soup pot, simmer for about 3 hours, and season with salt before taking out.

1. Cut the brisket into small pieces of about 3 cm.
2. Cut the onion, ginger, garlic cloves and small peppers for later use.

6. Put the fried beef in an electric pressure cooker and cook for about 30 minutes. Cut white radish and carrot into hob shapes. Cook in an electric pressure cooker for about 25 minutes.
7. Add proper amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, black pepper, garlic sprout and coriander to the pressed beef soup and mix well.

Add a proper amount of water to the pot. After the water boils, add the cooked beef and white radish in turn. After adding salt and pepper, stew the radish over medium heat until it is soft and rotten.
Then add soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate and cooking wine to taste and stew for a few minutes.
