Large sailing ships went to Korea, Dalian and Fuzhou for many times to clean up oil spills, and were commended by the Ministry of Transport, the Maritime Safety Administration and Shanghai for many times. The quality of nautical surveying and charting is improving. At present, it has taken the lead in realizing the universal low-precision web service of electronic chart. In the whole year of 20 12 (by the end of 10), the task of measuring the water area of 10093.7 square kilometers was completed, 64 paper charts 164 electronic charts 120 were compiled and published, and the emergency scanning was successfully completed. Navigation-related information is continuously sent to navigation users free of charge through professional platforms. In the whole year of 20 12 (up to the end of June/0/0), 5 public safety communication messages (kloc-0/2829) were sent, and 669 emergency search and rescue distress messages were handled, which provided safe communication guarantee for China's coastal navigation and Somali escort. Navigation safety in the East China Sea has made an important and indelible contribution to ensuring navigation safety, serving economic development and promoting social harmony and stability.
