What is the material of lanterns?
Lantern production steps:
1. Make a lantern skeleton. The simple shape of a paper lantern is a cube or a cylinder. Generally, flexible bamboo branches or bamboo skins are used to form a frame, and the seams are tied tightly with thin lines.
2. Make the lamp body. Buy some white and red ordinary rice paper in the bookstore, cut it into the length and width of the lantern skeleton, and then design your own patterns.
3. Make a lantern light source. Make a simple circuit with a light bulb and a battery.
Lantern, also called lantern color, is a traditional handicraft in ancient China. Originated in the Western Han Dynasty more than 2,000 years ago, red lanterns symbolizing reunion are hung around the Lantern Festival on the 15th day of the first lunar month every year to create a festive atmosphere.
